Takeaway, Longmoor Lane
A takeaway, on Longmoor Lane, is also on the market.
With a three-bedroom flat included, the takeaway has a history of high levels of trade.
The property advert said: “Now available to the market due to the current owner seeking retirement is this favoured Chinese takeaway in Liverpool.

Jamaica House Hotel, Upper Parliament Street
The 25-bedroom Jamaica House Hotel, on Upper Parliament Street, is also listed.
Going for £800,000 the city centre venue is currently being used as a hostel but has excellent development potential.
