Cindy Quinn, of Re/Max Alliance Group, has received the Re/Max Platinum Club Award and placed among the top Re/Max agents in the state of Florida.
The Platinum Club Award recognizes Re/Max agents for outstanding sales performance. In 2019, only 6 percent of all active Re/Max agents received this award.
Quinn also ranks No. 49 among all Re/Max Florida agents, based on combined residential and commercial sales.
She has 20 years of real estate experience and is based in the Anna Maria Island office of Re/Max Alliance Group.
Trent Compton has joined the Anna Maria Island office of Michael Saunders & Company.
Compton, who moved to the island from Dallas-Fort Worth, has three years of real estate experience.
He has an extensive background in customer service and the food industry.
Stock Signature Homes has promoted William Pitt to warranty manager and hired Mike Susik as the regional director of construction for the Lakewood Ranch area.
In Pitt’s new role, he will oversee the warranty processes for Stock.
He has been with Stock for seven years, starting as an assistant superintendent and eventually becoming a superintendent in Naples. In 2016, Pitt moved to Lakewood Ranch to build for Stock.
He is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University.
Susik will oversee all parts of the construction life cycle, from preconstruction planning through warranty, as needed. He will work with the sales, purchasing, design and construction teams, as well as the buyers, to make the process as seamless as possible.
Susik has 25 years of experience in the residential contracting business.
He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has held general contractors and home inspector licenses.
Ashley Weaver has joined the St. Armands Circle II office of Michael Saunders & Company.
Her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and tactical marketing strategies has been built over the last decade.
Raised in Lakewood Ranch, Weaver entered the industry in 2011 as a receptionist for a national broker. Over the next seven years, she worked her way up in the company, ultimately obtaining her real estate license in 2018.
Her experience planning weddings has proved to be an asset in her real estate business.
Weaver serves the Sarasota area, with a special focus on west of the Tamiami Trail, downtown and Siesta Key.

Michelle Crabtree, real estate agent with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Lakewood Ranch, has been recognized as a member of the Florida Realtors Honor Society for the 13th year.
The Florida Realtors established an Honor Society 30 years ago to recognize members of local boards and associations whose members are active in the state association.
Crabtree has been a licensed Florida real estate broker since 1982. She currently serves as a director for the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
She was 2018 chair of the association’s RPAC committee and 2016 chair of the Communications Committee.
Crabtree was the Sarasota Women’s Council of Realtors “Business Women of the Year” for 2009 and was also chapter president in 2007.
In addition, Crabtree has been a “Five Star Real Estate Agent – Best in Client Satisfaction” for 12 years.
