10 houses for sale for less than $1 million in Richmond

There aren’t many places in Greater Vancouver where you can buy a house for under $1 million. But Richmond, home of the Night Market, Ikea and the International Buddhist Temple, has several to choose from. In fact Richmond offers some of the most affordable homes in the city. They might not be on land, but they are within reach.

Here, courtesy of REW.ca , are some of the more reasonably priced domiciles in Metro Vancouver’s fourth-largest city.

1. $997,000: 2200 Stirling Ave.

Central Burkeville is home to this family home. Features include a large 50′ x 120′ lot, detached garage, landscaping, and location — it’s close to the Canada Line as well as shopping (McArthur Glen Outlet) and YVR.
